The trend toward passive investment management is growing at a high pace. Interestingly, the outperforming active funds are losing significant assets while passive funds inflows are growing even larger.
As we continue with low volatility and rising levels in the stock market, it only serves to make me more uneasy. My conviction grows that it is even more important to be cautious with each passing market record.
