Costco CFO's approach

I find the information on Richard Galanti, CFO of Costco, to be particularly poignant of the culture and success of Costco. "We try to be forthright and deal with the issues head-on, focus on the long-term, and not over promise."

One former analyst, Faye Landes, says "He's honest about the challenges that the company faces and the areas where it can improve.... This sort of behavior isn't universal."

You can't fix things if you stick you head in the sand like an ostrich. Galanti's approach is very uncommon in corporate America today and it is refreshing. Keep up the good work!
