As we begin the fourth month of the year, it is a good juncture to reflect on how we are doing with our New Year's Resolutions. If you are still on target, good for you. Keep on putting one step in front of the other! Every long journey starts with one small step.
You may have dropped off focusing on your New Year’s resolutions and fell back in your journey. Remember, there is nothing but yourself that is stopping you from getting back to your original focus. Everyone experiences these setbacks. You are not alone. All of us are in this group. The important thing is to refocus back to your goals, and maybe refine your objectives. Like the old saying goes, "If you fall off the horse, you have to get back on."
We each have areas where we succeed and others where we don't do as well. Fitness is one I have always pursued passionately, but others I haven't been so successful at. Refocus your efforts to those weak points and get at it again.
