Tesla is feeling the results of Musk's Tweets

Musk is engaging in free speech on Twitter.  First there was the conspiracy theory about the attack on Nancy Pelosi's husband.   Now he is going back and forth with Stephen King.  While he is within his rights to exercise free speech, Twitter's advertising customers are within their rights to pull advertising and, in turn, revenues.

Add in that there are reports of Twitter trying to get back people who were clumsily let go Friday, but were critical to a smooth functioning Twitter and we're talking serious trouble.

Advertisers are loath to get associated with controversy.  They are voting with their economic dollar and walking.

All this is not good for Twitter and possibly Tesla.  High expectations of users to express their right of free speech, on both the right and left, are likely to put Musk as a target for both sides.

There is a cost for everything.  Even free speech has a cost.

Be smart, be well-read, be aware and be successful.
