The M&A space continues to warm in this high valuation market. Is this another indicator of high market valuations?
I would say that it is definitely one of the multiple indicators that is pointing to the top of the long bull market. M&A tops out right at the end of a bull.
I often talk about owning quality companies long term. Usually, it takes a few years for the market to reflect the intrinsic value of my positions and that is OK with me.
