I think Bob Iger took his first retirement (his second is coming up) just as the shit was hitting the fan. 

The preponderance of the evidence (Sounds like lawyer speak, right?!) is growing for the inevitable downturn of the US economy.  I did some serious adjustments in the last several weeks to prepare for the storm.
