Now let's roll this forward a couple of years. As soon as you get used to having no commercials, Comcast will start to increment the five dollars up and up and up. That has been Comcast's model all along.
I am with Shiller. There are lots of indicators of historically high valuation levels. While the market can go higher, it is a great time to exercise caution.
