See the attachment.  This is a quick analysis of just revenues and net income.  It shows a company whose P/E is <5 but is a strong a viable business.  Usually very low P/E indicates a business that is struggling to stay afloat.  I do not believe that is the case with Comcast

Both Comcast and Disney are climbing today.  While one or the other will "win" the bid for Fox, it will be ugly for either the winner or the loser.

Both need the content provider to bootstrap their recent difficulties.  Whoever wins will experience the "Winners Dilemma".
