This was an interesting article in Fortune recently.

The US is spending way more per capita  since 1970, but we still lag many other developed countries in life expectancy.  

Attached is Lipper's latest mutual fund flows charts for the week ended 1/4/19.

Equity and bond funds are showing heavy outflows once again, while money market funds are still showing heavy inflows.
