The Brazilian market still continues to move up. While it has higher volatility and the economy is still healing, I think the signs are showing that Brazil is on the way to recovery.
The time to buy is not when everything looks great. While investors, at that point, think they are taking little risk because everything looks good, their downside risk is actually much higher. Why? Because everyone is confident in the potential and the stock/market reflects it. It is similar to the herd effect. Unless you are a rancher, the herd is not very profitable.
It is when there is some question about the future in most investors minds that the greatest potential returns are to be had. This does not mean you should take uninformed "bets", but that you should do your homework and think independently.
