Burpee Challenge - Day 14 and 15

Today I passed the mid-point of my 30 day journey to do 100 burpees/day for 30 days.  I always do all 100 in one shot.  I may be slow, but I don't stop.

Like life, you don't have to be fast - just steady and consistent.

I finally feel I am getting stronger.  I no longer drop to the ground and lay down for a few minutes after I hit 100.  Progress!

Like my long time Judo coach, Mr. Charles Cavrich, always said, "Drive, drive, drive!"
