Costco getting knocked today!
I hold it and am not worried. Costco has always given its customers, employees and shareholders great value. They are making the competitive moves to continue build their market share in light of competitive forces. Just smart business.
Wall Street has always whined about their margins and Costco continued to do well. Nothing new here.
Finally, I like how this article judges the performance of the company on the relative performance of the stock value. If you are a trader and short term oriented that might be important, but if you are long-term oriented, it is nothing but noise.
Just like coaching sports, I keep my eyes on the fundamentals. Keep you eyes on the fundamentals and everything else will that care of itself.
