Deal making in the stock markets continues to accelerate.
One of the indicators of the top of a market is robust M&A activity.
Think about it. With high stock prices, many investors are excited about prospects of higher gains. Senior level executives are just as susceptible to getting wrapped up in the market's excitement too. Business owners are more inclined to sell when "the getting is good". Investment bankers know this and "sell to the crowd". After all, there are fees to be made.
The point is to keep your wits about you in this frothy market.
