This is an interesting article by AARP.  

After making significant progress toward effectively dealing with heart disease, we are now back sliding on that progress.

I've always been an advocate for regular exercise.  I run outside 5 to 7 days a week at 6 am, but I seldom see anyone else out during that time.

Staying healthy is critical to having a long and active life.  

Are you taking care of yourself like you should?  

Be smart, be well-read, be aware and be successful.
