Check out this interesting video.
My beautiful daughter sent me this short video about the most important attribute for healthy living. It is one I have espoused since I was a young kid. The credit goes to the many positive role models I have had the fortune of being associated with.
The secret is a little bit of exercise.
I saw my dad do his “Marine Corps” exercises every morning as I grew up and I copied his lead. My Judo Coach, Charles Cavrich, taught me the value of working physically hard and challenging my boundaries. Mr. C., as I called him, always said, “There are no weak Judoists!” Wrestling in college at a Division I school which was, at the time, in the top 20 in the nation- Bloomsburg University, emblazed how many benefits there were from exercise.
So if you’re building a great retirement portfolio, but ignoring your physical health, what sense does that really make? Think about it!
