This was something that all Judo players say.
When I played, yes played, Judo with some Olympic caliber players, the key thing was always to get back up after you were thrown.
The more you get thrown the better you become. You learn to handle what comes at you and get back up. Eventually, you learn to avoid your opponents techniques and execute your own.
There is nothing that is more tiring to an opponent than someone who refuses to give up. So, never ever give up.
Always get up and you will be very successful no matter if it is Judo or anything in life.
